Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cup wheat flour


  • 2 teaspoon oil


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 2 potato, boiled & mashed


  • 1 chilli, finely chopped


  • 1/4 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder


  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric


  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste


  • 2 tablespoon coriander, finely chopped


  • 1/2 cup wheat flour/atta, to dust


  • 8 teaspoon oil

Directions

  • firstly, knead wheat dough by taking wheat flour, oil, salt and water.
  • Then in a large mixing bowl take boiled and mashed potato.
  • add chilli, chilli powder, turmeric, cumin powder, aamchur, ginger paste, coriander and salt.
  • mix well making sure all the spices are combined well.
  • pinch a ball sized wheat dough and dust with some wheat flour.
  • Now, roll it in a circle,
  • stuff the stuffing and roll slightly thick.
  • cook the paratha to golden brown adding oil.
  • finally, serve hot aloo paratha with butter/cheese/sauce/raita or pickle.
